Due to the nature of our activities we must maintain compliance with a number of different regulatory and legislative requirements and have been issued with various licences.
Management systems embed sustainable approach
Our quality, environment and safety management systems play an important part in our organisation. They ensure that our sustainable approach is firmly embedded throughout our organisation.
Indaver chooses certified management systems for all its operations, both at its own sites and those of TWM customers. All operations of Indaver Ireland are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Besides the introduction of uniform and integrated management systems, it is also important to audit the implementation of these management systems with scrupulous regularity. That is done both internally and externally at Indaver – by certification agencies, customers and authorities.
Waste Broker/Dealer Certificate
Indaver is a registered waste broker/dealer as required by the Waste Management (Registration of Brokers and Dealers) Regulations 2008 (S.I.No.113 of 2008).
