Hazardous Waste Management

Indaver offers a full range of services for the management of hazardous waste including classification, treatment, recovery and disposal. Following a customer consultation Indaver will advise on the most suitable treatment options for your waste in accordance with the Waste Hierarchy known as the 3 R's (Reduce, Reuse Recycle).

Indaver only uses facilities and subcontractors that have been approved by our QESH department (quality, environment, safety and health), and that hold all relevant licences and insurances.

Technical Compliance

Our team of technical personnel will then determine:

• Whether a controlled movement procedure is required under Irish and European Waste Legislation, SI 149 and EU 259/93, and how your waste should be notified and documented.
• Whether your waste is hazardous for transport, and how your waste should be packaged, labelled, documented and transported under IMDG and ADR regulations.

For all waste leaving your site we will ensure the appropriate licences, documentation and labels are provided. We notify all relevant authorities of the collection and delivery of the waste.
